The breakfast was excellent with a good varied spread, fresh baked breads and pancakes.

Brand-new and well-appointed room, spacious bathroom. Very big beds, very very good selection for breakfast. Location next to good transport links, sights of the city, and shops and cafe's.

Optimal location, Brewery is top.

Equipment is okay, but needs renovation. A walk-in shower is standard today.

Breakfast included a good selection of vegan components (plant drinks, muesli, nuts, fruit...).

In a hotel restaurant I expect that drinks will be offered in glasses, if certain companies want to see their logo on the plastic cup, these drinks should not be offered... The otherwise wonderful breakfast should also be accompanied by a reduction in the amount of packaging waste.

Hardly any sockets available - a distributor should be installed in the room.

Staff very friendly. Clean and large rooms . Very central location . Parking possibilities directly under the hotel (parking for others can be paid in the hotel, and with the lift from the multi-storey car park directly into the lobby). Breakfast very good and rich. Possibility to sit outside

Super friendly staff and very helpful with all requests (plasters, crayons,). The family room with 2 double beds was big. Free movement without stepping on each other's feet. The restaurant in the hotel is also recommendable. There is also the breakfast. which was incredibly rich and had something for every taste, The hotel is located directly at the pedestrian zone. Unfortunately. we have not tested the in-house pool.

The staff was all very nice, the hotel is very central and the breakfast is good.

I don't think much attention was give to my baby's accomodation. A travel bed was provided, as previously reserved, however, for the first night the bed wasn't even made, the sheets were left there but no blanket, the sheets were of a normal bed and so too big. The bed was never arranged in the next mornings. And during our stay I left one of the sheets to be washed and replaced, it was taken by the cleaning ladies, but not replaced. Another point is that the towels could have been bigger (even the bath ones).

The staff was extremly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfectly located in the center of shopping and restaurants. The morning breakfast buffet was delcious and everything off their menu from the restaurant was superb!!

Had a blast staying with friends! We loved the pool and sauna after visiting the local park and historical center. The staff made everything easy, from check-in to dining. Highly recommend trying out the gym next time!

On arrival the hotel had no information of my booking, even though i made the booking 6 months in advance, we had 3 rooms reserved, the hotel tried hard to fit us all in.

A Good Stay with Fine Views

Our family enjoyed a nice evening surrounded by lovely marina views. The cozy room offered peace, and we appreciated the easy access to local restaurants. Make sure to reserve the pool. It's a private oasis! Don't miss the nearby shopping options. Perfect for a quick getaway.

Holiday Inn Hasselt is well located in the heart of Hasselt near the shops. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could be a bit more original.
